RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within one (1) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at info@healthsolutioncentre.com or call +2348103020575 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. But, please note that we have the ability to determine if it’s a manufacturer defect or damage and if it’s self-damage.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Nigeria. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Middle East only. Any shipments outside of these specified areas are not available at this time.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order subject to your geography. Business days means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please kindly email or call to confirm your delivery time frame.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
